Abstract: Cascade models of random processes and fields are intensively applied for the mathematical modeling of different objects and phenomena. In this paper, we study properties of the bounded cascade models on a plane, their one-dimensional distributions and correlation structure. The results obtained can help in analyzing the adaptability of cascade models for various application problems.

Key words: mathematical modeling, random processes and fields, cascade models.
