On the Fourier coefficients with respect to the Haar system of functions in $L_p$-spaces

Necessary and sufficient conditions are given for a sequence of numbers to belong to the set of sequences of Fourier coefficients with respect to the Haar system of functions in the space $L_p$ ($1<p<\infty$).
