On a method for estimation from below of diameters of sets in Banach spaces

In this paper, a theorem is proved which generalizes a well-known theorem concerning diameters of spheres. The $n$-diameters of several classes of differentiable functions are calculated in the metric of $L_p$ with the help of this theorem.
