Automorphisms and anti-automorphisms of a semigroup of invertible matrices with nonnegative elements

The article describes the automorphisms and anti-automorphisms of the semigroup $G_n(R)$ of all invertible matrices with nonnegative elements over an ordered skew field. It is shown that every automorphism is the product of a certain number (three or four) automorphisms of special type.
