A version of the Bartle–Graves theorem for temperate functions

We prove a version of the Bartle–Graves theorem for temperate functions in the category of the $b$-spaces of L. Waelbroeck. As a consequence, we give a characterization of some spaces of functions with values in quotients which appear in L. Waelbroeck's holomorphic functional calculus.
