Primary graded groups with systems of complemented subgroups

Given some primary graded group $G$, consider the subgroup $D$ generated by all non-complemented subgroups of $G$. We obtain a full description of the structure of $G$ in the case that $D$ is included into the product of the Frattini subgroup and the center of $G$.
