Finite groups with abnormal and $\mathfrak U$-subnormal subgroups

We study finite groups in which each primary subgroup is self-normalizing or $\mathfrak U$-subnormal in the class $\mathfrak U$ of all supersoluble groups. In particular, these groups have a Sylow tower.
