Finite groups with generalized subnormal Schmidt subgroups

Given a prime $p$ and a partition $\sigma = \{\{p\}, \{p\}'\}$ of the set of all primes, we describe the structure of the nonnilpotent finite groups whose every Schmidt subgroup is $\sigma$-subnormal.
