Subnormal structure of symplectic groups over $(2,3)$-full rings

A description of the subnormal subgroups of symplectic groups over $(2,3)$-full rings is obtained. The commutative rings of dimension 0, in particular, the semilocal rings, and some von Neumann regular rings exhibit examples of $(2,3)$-full rings.
