Principles providing public registration of scientific and technological activity outputs of RAS institutes

Procedures, principles and information technologies providing public registration of scientific and technological activity outputs of institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences are considered. Outcomes of operation testing of a registration subsystem incorporated into Information and technological evaluation system of the Russian Academy of Science are given.
