Architectural features of stream-oriented multiprocessor computer of VSARR system

Abstract: A new architecture of a supercomputer, MIMD MPP multiprocessor system with the shared content addressable memory is considered. The architecture was named VSARR (it stands for Russian abbreviation of Computing System with Automatically Distributed Resources). The VSARR computing system consists of traditional host-computer, adapter and data driven multiprocessor (DDM). The DDM supports massive parallel execution of the tasks, prepared on the host-computer, and is based on the combination of dynamic dataflow and conventional principles. The DDM makes possible to distribute the dynamic resource of the content addressable memory divided into modules and the resource of executive units by means of hardware without operating system.
