Electronic educational resources: efficiency of application

Based on the analysis of the processes of studying, teaching, and learning, the information content (core) of educational process has been identified and its information model has been developed. A desirable position of the efforts on creation of electronic educational resources application has been identified in the educational process. The resources features required to ensure their positive influence on the efficiency of educational process have been defined.
