Abstract:
In this work a brief description of the Queuing System with Markovian incoming flow is presented. The two types of calls — priority and non-priority ones arrive to the system. A special service procedure is realized under which there exists its own threshold for the arrival of current priority and these arrivals are accepted for servicing only when the number of off-hook channels is less then the specified threshold. Systems of this kind are called SRSC (systems with redundant sheaf channels). The description of the program for computing the SRSC characteristics and multi-server Queuing System with the relative priority is presented. Also, the authors provide the examples of computing by using the developed programs.
