Abstract: In work the history of development of geographical computer science as incorporated area which covers the theory of geograph-ical information systems and methods of the analysis of spatial data is examined. The special attention is given to results of mathematical formalization of the formulated hypotheses which have received confirmation empirical by on corresponding models. The approach to display of semantics incorporated in spatial ontology, in the geographical conceptual schemes representing the information, stored in bases of geodata is described. Problems topological clusterable geodata are analyzed. One of approaches of ordering and classification of the geodata, based on the tool of a structural coordination is offered.
