Information technologies for creation of outstanding scientist's personal archives in RAS web-portal

The solution for Informational RAS web-portal (www.ras.ru) content replenishment is considered. The new type of content consists of very interesting information resources — series of outstanding Russian scientist's archives. We also discuss as normative and legal matters of personal electronic archive creation, as programming technology for such system realization and informational portal integration.
