Abstract: We study new rheological model describing the flow of incompressible viscoelastic polymer fluid. The theorem about linear instability (by Lyapunov) of Poiseuille flow analogue for Navier - Stocks equation system was proven in infinite plane chanel.

Keywords: incompressible viscoelastic polymer fluid, rheological correlation, Brownian particle, dumbbell, Poiseuille type soultions, correctness of mixed problem, linear instability.
