Hexagonal structure of particles in uniform and linear flows

Abstract: The paper deals with hexagonal lattice of rigid spheres immersed in a viscous fluid. The theory of nonlinear tensor functions is used to obtain the flow perturbations. Permeability and effective viscosity tensors are calculated for this periodic lattice.
