Abstract: In the paper it is constructed a gradient-like diffeomorphism on the sphere $S^3$ nonwandering set of which consists of $n+1$ sinks, $n$ saddles of an index 1, one source and frame of one-dimensional separatrices is mildly wild. The construction is based on an example of mildly wild frame of Debrunner-Fox and Cherry flow
