On bifurcation in models of hyperbolic noise

Abstract: We prove that arbitrarily small (in $ C ^ 0 $-topology) perturbation maps of Smale can get a map with a non-trivial zero-dimensional hyperbolic set. The resulting map can be used in information transmission systems with complete chaotic synchronization.
