Modeling the dynamics of personnel with the use of differential equations with deviating argument

Abstract: This article describes the process formation of the prospective evaluation of staffing needs. In as a mathematical model uses a system differential equations with deviating argument. To find the estimates of unknown system parameters using the method of least squares.
