On the use of systems of differential equations with delay in predicting the dynamics of socio-economic processes

Abstract: This paper describes three approaches to solving systems of differential equations with delay. Offered examples of the use of the proposed mechanisms for predicting the dynamics of reproduction of scientific personnel. The results of the forecast is in this article.
