Generation system of equations for the problem of steady oscillations by Galerkin method

The Dirichlet problem for the Poisson equation of steady oscillations is considered. The system of basic functions is constructed, the Galerkin form for the corresponding differential operator is obtained. The system of equations is generated, the difference scheme is constructed.
