Method of dual restoration on minors the senior orders of a matrix of regional conditions in the return spectral task for a pipe from not proceeding liquid

The decision method is given in work problems of diagnosing of any fixing of a narrow pipe with not proceeding liquid. The method is reduced to restoration on minors the highest orders of two matrixes of regional conditions of the return spectral tasks. The solution of a task is considered at known exact and approximate values of frequencies of flexural fluctuations of the pipe filled liquid. On the found method of the solution of the return spectral task continuous dependence of the decision on frequencies of fluctuations of a pipe is proved with not proceeding liquid. Examples are given.
