Asymptotic equilibrium and boundedness of solutions of nonlinear ODE

The paper is concerned with the asymptotic behaviour of some class of crucially nonlinear ODE. On the base of methods from [pashutkinb1] we obtained new class of ODE with uniformly bounded solutions and asymptotic equlibrium.
