Distortion of high frequency optical signals photodetectors fabricated on silicon doped with gold.

Abstract: In the article theoretical study of the distortions of the reconstructed high-frequency optical signal. Calculations are made for photo detectors fabricated on silicon doped with gold. The conditions under which nonlinear distortion is small.
