Abstract: In the article theoretical study of the nonlinear distortion of the restored high frequency optical signal. The calculations made for the photoresistor with recombination centers indium (In). Used parameters typical for crystalline silicon. Found conditions under which the frequency and phase distortion is small.

Keywords: mechanisms of recombination, photoconductivity, silicon, indium, periodic excitation, frequency distortion, phase distortion.
