About the use of WENO-limiter in the implicit scheme for the Discontinuous Galerkin method

The paper studies a technique based on the implicit scheme for discontinuous Galerkin method. WENO-limiter used to suppress oscillations on discontinuities. The «blast waves» problem solved for showing the viability of the proposed method.
