Quasi-periodical by phase argument the solutions of a parabolic equation with a parameter

We conseder parabolic equation with a parametr. We seek a solution of the equation in the set of quasi-periodical by phase orgument functions. We proved theorems about conditions of existence of a solution by sufficiently small meaning of a parameter, and in case, then the coefficients of the equation independence from a parameter.
