High-order tangent vectors to sets and high-order necessary minimality conditions for vector optimization problems

We introduce an high-order extended tangent cone to a set and study its properties. Then we use this local approximation for deriving high-order necessary conditions for minimal points of subsets of ordered normed spaces.
