Construction of solutions in an approach problem of a stationary control system

Abstract: We consider a stationary control system on a finite time interval and study the problem of the approach of the system to a compact target set in the phase space. The scheme of the approximate solution of the approach problem is described briefly. A control problem for a gyroscope is given as an illustrating example.
