On a problem of impulse control in the presence of a disturbance

We consider the problem of impulse encounter with the origin at a given time under the action of an uncontrolled disturbance given only by a set of its values. The dynamics of the system has decomposition form, which is characterized by the nonsusceptibility of a part of the state variable to the action of the impulse control.
