On the locally finite radical of the group of limited permutations

We describe the locally finite radical $R$ of the group $G=$Lim$(N)$ of limited permutations on the set of natural numbers $\mathbb{N}$. The connection between completely dispersed subsets of $\mathbb{N}$ and elements of $R$ is found.
