Small interactions in the groups ${\rm SL}_3(q)$, ${\rm SU}_3(q)$, ${\rm PSL}_3(q)$ and ${\rm PSU}_3(q)$

To accumulate some information about the influence of nonclassic interactions on the structure of finite groups, the author investigates such interactions in concrete groups. In this paper, all the so-called small interactions are described in the groups mentioned in the title ($q$ is a prime power). As a rule, small interactions are nonclassic.
