On sufficient conditions for the solvability of linear programming for matrix correction of the system of constraints

Presented sufficient conditions for the solvability of improper linear programming one of the first kind with minimal Euclidean norm for matrix correction of the feasible region. We consider two cases: the matrix correction is imposed restrictions or the matrix correction is imposed structural limitations.
