Abstract: This issue of «The Proceedings of ISP RAS» contains selected papers presented at the 9th Spring/Summer Young Researchers' Colloquium on Software Engineering (SYRCoSE 2015). The event took place in Samara on May 28-30, 2015. It was hosted by Povolzhskiy (Volga Region) State University of Telecommunications and Informatics (PSUTI) and organized by ISP RAS, Saint-Petersburg State University and PSUTI.
