Abstract: A possibility of barrierless geterogeneous origination of bubbles of active and passive gases mixture on the passive gas bubbles in mixture oversaturated by active gas is substantiated. Solution oversaturation threshold value is obtained from which geterogeneous embryoes arising goes without barrier. All thermodynamic data on geterogeneous embryoes arising needed for the kinetics are given. The kinetic equation for fluctuation overcoming of activation barriers by gases mixture bubbles prosses is derived. Stationary intensity of the geterogeneous arising of overcritical bubbles which unlimitedly grow is found. Relaxation time for this intensity is obtained.
