The scattering on an isolate defect in honeycomb lattice – an explicitely solvable

Abstract: An explicitely solvable model of honeycomb lattice, based on the theory of extentions, is constructed. The scattering on an isolate defect in this lattice is described, and the amplitude of the scattering is calculated. The results are compared with experiment data for electronic perturbations, caused by single ion, impact on graphite surface.
