Abstract:
For the Wess–Zumino model, an internally consistent prescription for dimensional
regularization of superficial diagrams is proposed; it is completely equivalent to
the component approach. At the same time, this prescription leads to a loss of
superinvariance in the higher orders of perturbation theory. It is shown that the
violation of the supersymmetric propagator Ward identities is possible only from
the five-loop level. Diagrams that violate these identities are exhibited.
