Abstract:
The infrared asymptotic behavior of the gluon propagator of the Yang–Mills field is
investigated by means of equations without bare parts for the propagators in the
approximation of simple loops. An equation is obtained for the exponent that determines the anomalous dimension of the vector field. The equation has several solutions with nonintegral dimensions, including ones that lead to a “bag”, i. e., to an increasing potential between the quarks.
