Rigorous bounds on the elastic scattering amplitude at finite energies

Rigorous bounds are obtained in analytic form on the total, differential, and inelastic cross sections, and also on the real part of the amplitude of forward elastic scattering. These bounds do not contain undetermined constants and apply at all energies above a few GeV.
