Kinetic equation for a two-level system interacting with the electromagnetic field

Bogolyubov's method is used to obtain a generalized kinetic equation for a dynamical system of two-level emitters interacting with the electromagnetic field. The problem of collective spontaneous emission is investigated by means of this equation with allowance for inhomogeneous Lorentz broadening.
