Kinetics of donor-acceptor transition with allowance for vibrational structure

The nonequilibrium density matrix method is used to consider the kinetics of a donoracceptor transition with allowance for the vibrational structure of the donor and acceptor states for both weak and strong electron-vibration coupling.
