Deser–Gilbert–Sudarshan representation for fungtions with an isolated branch in the spectrum

Abstract: Necessary and sufficient conditions for the energy-momentum spectrum of a theory to contain an isolated branch are found for the spectral function of the Deser–Gilbert–Sudarshan representation for causal commutators.
