Quasibound states in a magnetic field and the field of an impurity. Weak magnetic fields and potentials of arbitrary strength

The spectrum of quasilocal states at a short-range impurity potential of arbitrary strength is studied for the case of weak magnetic fields. The behavior of the spectrum near resonances of the scattering amplitude without magnetic field is studied. The $S$ matrix in a magnetic field is constructed.
