One-phonon states in deformed nuclei with isoscalar and isovector interactions

L. A. Malov, V. O. Nesterenko, V. G. Solov'ev

Abstract: Extension of the formulas describing the one-phonon states of complicated even-even deformed nuclei to the case when the isoscalar and isovector multipole-multipole forces are taken into account, is given. The formalism presented makes it possible to obtain an unified description of the low-lying states and gigantic multipole resonances. Procedure is developed which makes it possible to write down the reduced probability $B(E\lambda; 0^+0\to I_{f}^{\pi_f}K_f)$ and the energetically weighted sum rule in the form of force functions averaged over certain interval of energies. This procedure simplifies the calculations significantly and makes it possible to avoid solving the secular equation for energies of one-photon states.
