Remarks on quasiaverages

An investigation is made of the connection between quasiaverages and averages in the case of degeneracy due to momentum conservation. A model of a hybrid system that is in two macroscopic states, homogeneous and inhomogeneous, is constructed. A new method of describing phase transitions is proposed. The equation of motion for the propagator of a hybrid system is analyzed.
