Determination of scattering amplitudes in problems with two and three charged particles

Dollard's nonstationary approach to the determination of the $S$ matrix for particles with Coulomb interaction is used to obtain the scattering amplitudes for two and three particles in terms of the corresponding $T$ matrices.
