Abstract:
A method of describing the kinetics of spatially inhomogeneous systems is developed. It is
based on a generalization of Bogolyubov's ideas expounded in his monograph “Problems of a
Dynamical Theory in Statistical Physics.” It is shown that the principle of spatial correlation
weakening and ergodic theorems play an important role in the construction of macroscopic
equations of motion for the stage of evolution when the state of the system is described by
a reduced set of parameters $\zeta_\alpha$.
