Abstract:
The law of kinetics of nonadiabatic electron transfer reaction in solid state is found by the nonequilibrium statistical operator method. It is shown that the validity of the simple exponential kinetics law corresponds to the approximation of the stationary nonequilibrium statistical operator. This approximation is not associated directly with the interaction intensity between subsystems and it restricts the time intervals of its validity. The region in which the electron transfer reaction is nonadiabatic is estimated. This estimation is in accordance with the results of the perturbation theory.
