Scaling behavior of the amplitude of virtual comption scattering in the framework of the Dyson–Jost–Lehmann representation

Abstract: The Dyson–Jost–Lehmann representation for the one-particle matrix elements of the $T$-product of currents is used to study the scaling behavior of the amplitude of the virtual Compton effect and the related singularities of the $T$-product of electromagnetic currents on the light cone. The behavior associated with the presence of logarithmic contributions to the asymptotic behavior of the amplitude is studied.
